Happy St. Patricks Day everyone! In college March 17 was my favorite, but nowadays it's just another regular day. Have a green beer for me, if that's your scene.
Alright, I won't lie, I was hesitant upon making this. I don't like ranch, and then adding the noodles was a risk indeed. It ended up tasting AWESOME, so I thought I would share. I didn't take pictures, sorry.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless/skinless chicken breast
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet dry Italian dressing
- 1 packet dry Ranch dressing
- 1 brick of cream cheese
- noodles (I used spaghetti, but use whatever you have on hand)
Instructions:
- Put chicken breasts in crockpot. I threw mine in frozen solid still.
- Mix soups and packets in a mixing bowl.
- Pour over chicken in crockpot.
- Cook on low 8 hours.
- About an hour before add the cream cheese and give everything a good mix. Use a potato masher to break up the chicken.
- Then, if you're lazy like me, throw in about 6 oz of noodles and a cup of boiling water and mix around.
There you go, serve with some veggies on the side and a yummy quick and easy dinner. Happy eating!
