Recipe | Crockpot King Ranch Casserole

Another day, another crockpot meal. This was a favorite by me - my husband wasn't around to eat it. So, if you make it let me know if you like it because...I'm curious.
 
Ingredients
  • About 20 tortilla chips, your preference
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel w/green chilies
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
  • Spray slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.
  • Spread a layer of tortilla chips on the bottom of the pot, it's okay if they overlap.
  • In a medium sized bowl mix together the chicken, Rotel, soups and broth.
  • Place half of the mixture on top of the chips. Then top with half of the cheese.
  • Repeat layers; chips, mixture and cheese.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
