Another day, another crockpot meal. This was a favorite by me - my husband wasn't around to eat it. So, if you make it let me know if you like it because...I'm curious.
Ingredients
- About 20 tortilla chips, your preference
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel w/green chilies
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.
- Spread a layer of tortilla chips on the bottom of the pot, it's okay if they overlap.
- In a medium sized bowl mix together the chicken, Rotel, soups and broth.
- Place half of the mixture on top of the chips. Then top with half of the cheese.
- Repeat layers; chips, mixture and cheese.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
