Recipe | Crockpot Lentil Chili

 
 
Ingredients
  • 16 oz bag of lentils (I used green)
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 32 oz vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
Instructions
  • Combine everything into crockpot, give it a good mix around.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Eat
