Ingredients
- 16 oz bag of lentils (I used green)
- 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 32 oz vegetable stock
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp. oregano
Instructions
- Combine everything into crockpot, give it a good mix around.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Eat
